Listening to The Cure, my all time favourite band. My music tastes are very eclectic as you're probably aware now if you've followed me a while!

I get lost in the song Just Like Heaven. There's something about it, the lyrics, the music, I could play it on loop.

Music is always my go to when I'm feeling disconnected.

Who is your future self? How do they act, who do they hang out with, how do they show up in the world?
If you want to amplify your performance and life, if you want to make a change in some way, you have to be the change.
The amazing thing is that future self has everything you have, they ARE you. This means that the only thing stopping you from stepping into this future self is your mind. It can be easy to tell ourselves if only we had more money, more followers, our dream house, then we would become the person we want to be. But I just want to call bullshit on that. It's a form of procrastination. You get to CHOOSE to step into your amplified life now. When you open up in this way you will start to notice big shifts, you'll take action with your future self in your mind (how do they show up? Be that person now), you'll receive more and things will just start to align. Go on try it, get down and dirty with your future self 🤍

This last week has felt heavy, I felt like I was pushing, I was coming from a place of restriction.

When we come from a place that's open, we become more open to receiving, there are no limits, life becomes limitless.

Man it feels good to even write that! 💯

Unconventional. This word popped up lately thanks to @thejackiemcdonald and it hit me⚡

Unconventional - not conforming to what is generally done or believed. Yep that's me! 👋

My life and approach to life can probably be viewed as unconventional, I've broken the mould a fair few times and I want you too as well.

My Amplify method ™️ which underpins all of my work is pretty unconventional, mixing high performance tools, habits, music psychology, lifestyle design and more. It's actually quite hard to explain how I work because it's...unconventional!

I've got two spaces for my 1:1 coaching at the moment and 5 spaces for my 1:1 VIP Amplify roadmap days (online or in person in certain UK locations). I work with a mix of high performers - pro athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, pro musicians...
