If you're not familiar with the concept, it's the art of combining new habits with existing ones.⁠

For example you might always make a pot of coffee first thing in the morning, and you also want to start a journaling practice. You could try journaling while the kettle boils. Or you might want to start bringing stretching into your morning routine, maybe you'd like to do it before you brush your teeth.⁠

At first don't worry about duration, often the hardest part is to get started with a new habit.⁠

I love the phrase lifestyle design. But what does it mean❔

Lifestyle design is the process of designing your life aligned with your nature, strengths, values, dreams, passion, and purpose. It’s the freedom to design your life the way YOU want.

Life by design, not by default.

Where do you start? Here are some of the key elements to lifestyle design:

⭐ Clarity on what you want - you don't need it perfectly mapped out (it's life). Get clear on what you don't want, which will help you gain clarity on what you do what.

⭐ Create your practice life map - I like this term from the Lifehack Tribe. Nothing is set in stone. Create goals and milestones based on the life you want to live

⭐Reflect - notice where you already have what you desire. Where can you dial up what you already have? Then continually reflect on the journey. It's about the journey not the destination. It's an iterative process.

⭐ Accountability - keep accountability high with friends or family that will encourage and challenge you. Or a coach (hi! 👋)
